We wish to inform you that, due to the indefinite work stoppage declared by the Federal Judiciary, we anticipate a complex context that will impact the timelines for issuing judgments in amparo proceedings.
However, we would like to inform you that your legal proceedings at the local level will continue as usual for the time being, as there is no indication that the Local Judiciaries will replicate or implement similar actions.
Nevertheless, we are certain that support and solidarity with the Judiciary are essential and crucial for preserving the separation of powers, as well as respecting our democracy and the rule of law.
This is because we believe that judicial careers and legal certainty, as well as judicial independence, must prevail in the administration of justice, which is a fundamental pillar of any social and democratic state governed by the rule of law.
